We're excited to welcome NASC Preferred Supplier exhibitors to the conference!
Please read the information below carefully before starting your registration.
Exhibit spaces
There are 63 exhibit spaces available for the 2025 conference. Space will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis so do not hesitate to reserve yours!
Exhibit spaces are $975 and include:
- 6-foot draped table
- Two chairs
- Two all-access exhibitor badges
Additional exhibitor badges may be purchased for $575 per person.
We are not a traditional trade show with 10' x 10' booths. Exhibits are 6-foot tabletops with 2-3 feet of space between tables. Display materials must be no more than 6' wide. We do not allow backdrops or banners that exceed the width of your table.

Booking Your Hotel Room
Room block reservations close at 11:59 PM EST on Friday, March 28, 2025—or when inventory runs out—whichever comes first.
